Have a "Friendsgiving": Why You Should Start This Fun Tradition Now!

In my circle of friends, we all seem to be anxious about the holidays this year. We are rushing from one family member's home to another, ferrying kids, trying to do our best and ending up stressed. I decided to throw a "Friendsgiving" after the holiday has passed.

  • We are bringing our favorite simple dishes and enjoying excellent wine.
  • I purchased mini gingerbread houses that we can decorate with our kids before dinner.
  • I hired a babysitter for after the meal so the adults can relax together.

Traditions can be whatever you make them, and Friendsgiving is my new favorite!
